-  Vulnerable people living in high-risk urban areas, local, subnational and national government authorities, have strengthened comprehensive DRR capacities, and understand and take part in building a culture of safety and resilience at all levels

8.      Outputs

 

1.      Children and youth, and their surrounding communities, are more resilient to disasters and have a safe and secure learning environment in 3 urban public schools in Cambodia, through improved Red Cross contributions to the ASEAN Safe School Initiative (ASSI);

2.       Specific vulnerable groups living in at risk urban and peri-urban areas targeted through  innovative and measurable risk awareness campaigns and messages leading towards safer behaviour;

3.       Increased capacity of local government authorities (LGA) and Red Cross for disaster preparedness and disaster response in XX at risk urban contexts.
