Three Year Development Plan 2007-2010 Implementation of CRC Strategy

The Three Year Development Plan 2005-2007, at its core, is an attempt to capture the long-term planning and organizational development change process that has occurred within the Cambodian Red Cross over the past two years. As underlined by the sub-title “Implementation of the CRC Strategy”, the document also represents a platform from which the CRC can confidently launch itself into an entirely new phase of its organizational growth. Consequently, this Three Year Plan becomes the new reference point for organization-wide planning, replacing the previous Five Year Plan 2002-2006.
